Hero Guides are gone

For some reason, all my hero guides that I have worked on just don't work in game. By that I mean I can't see the items that are in said guide, it just looks as if the guides are empty themselves, yet when I go to guide edit not in a game, I can see them just fine...for some at least, while for the ones I was in a game I have to click on and off before I can see them...and even then, a couple just won't show anymore. Someone help me please!

Same, and I have useless neutral item tokens, can not choose any item, cause they are all empty places.
