Ogre lag

For some reason, whenever there is an Ogre Magi on my screen, my game's frame rate drops to ridiculous levels. It can play fine normally on good ping, but even with good ping it will just drop whenever Ogre pops onto my screen. Can anyone help me with this? It seems to happen more often with the immortal/arcana cosmetics.

I'm not sure I know what that means...or how to do it on a mac...or just how to do it at all.

I seem to have figured it out that it has something to do with the immortal, the arcana doesn't lag my game (either anymore or never did, might have fixed that part but idk) however the immortal still causes my game to lag crazy amounts whenever the hero with it is on my screen in any sort of manner.
