it's designed weird. They need to be the closest target to you. And you need a unit in range and vision to toss them to. Make sure they are your closest target and then use toss on the unit you want to toss them to.

You can't pick which unit to throw- it chooses a random unit in range of you. You can only throw a specific unit if they are the ONLY unit nearby when you use the ability. When you click to target something that's what the unit you throw is going to LAND ON.

You always throw the thrown unit in the direction of the ability; as far as I can tell, you're misclicking because you don't understand how it works.

It used to be a random unit, now it's the closest one.

You select where you want to throw to and Tiny is automatically pick up the cloest unit to him. If you select the target you want to throw, he'll just get thrown straight up.

Ok, I knew it had been changed but I wasn't 100% certain from what to what.

Quicker reactions. Blink in toss out

The target that is thrown is automatically the closest unit to you and the target that it's thrown at is the one you click on. That's why blink dagger is a great item on Tiny so you can get close to the unit you want to throw then toss him to your ally to get them out of position.

You need another unit, like beastmaster hawk or something. Throw enemy to the hawk

i bought a force staff, and pushed a creep into the forest, but the force staff destroyed the trees...

That works for cliff. Bm hawk is flying unit, so no trees are destroyed while it moves into forest.

Trapping a unit like you are describing is incredibly difficult with toss- it would be OP otherwise.

If this is your goal, Rubick might be a better choice.
