Which heroes counter Razor? Not magic nukers like Lina or Skywrah Mage, but heroes who can man-fight him mid to late game.

Nope, both of his damage steal abilities pierce magic immunity.

Oh, that's lame. Don't really know any counters besides being more fed than him. He's like Viper to me: Annoying to lane against and SUPER annoying to fight throughout the whole game.

Razor is the anti-noob hero who counters all the 2k melee carries (LC, PA, Ursa, Bristle), but crimson guard shuts down most of his ult's damage.

You beat him with standard crimson guard + blademail tanks:
Axe
Centaur
Pudge

The best magic nuker against him is Pugna. Bait his static link and kill him with decrep + drain.

You can also turn his speed into a disadvantage.
Ench can easily kite him and her ult's damage isn't as badly reduced (and hurts a fleeing RAzor a lot more than any other hero because Razor moves too fast).
Bloodseeker is a decent counter. Bait his link and rupture him. If Razor tries chasing you with ult, Razor should die first. If Razor activates blademail, turn on your BKB or rage yourself and quickly farm some creeps (with midas or iron talon, preferably).
Warlock's upheaval or Veno's multiple slows > Razor's movement speed.

Do you think heroes like Huskar can kill him quickly due to his damage from burning spears, which are not affected by damage steal?

Yes, Huskar would work, but if Razor turns on ult, link, and blademail, Huskar might trade his life for Razor.

I think late-game WR with Aghs + Daedalus + Satanic to counter Blademail is a much safer counter though Huskar is certainly stronger early.
