Replays and Overwatch not downloading

Hi, so the issue is that I am unable to download replays.

It gives out an error "Failed to download/decompress replay file"

1. Verified file integrity
2. Internet connection in well
3. Re logged client and steam

I was able to download a replay from a website, add to the replay folder and open it

But in overwatch you can't know the match ID. Any suggestions?
