Problems entering the game? - CrenderdeviceMgrDx11::init(): Failed to create Dx11 render device

Sorry for my bad English, but I'm trying to enter the game (I just updated a few minutes ago) and it won't let me enter the game, I get a box instead that says "CrenderdeviceMgrDx11::init(): Failed to create Dx11 render device" someone Explain to me why this happens?

It should be noted that I have never had this problem, so I don't know if this will solve the issue. If it does, yay! If not, then I would suggest reinstalling DirectX 11 or try switching to Vulkan.

To switch to Vulkan:
Right-click Dota 2, click Properties, in "General" look for "Launch Options" and type -Vulkan.

See if that fixes it.

Thanks for the information friend, but the vulkan command didn't work for me, I entered the game, but everything was blurry (the images were broken and broken) then I quit the game, the link you sent me is for Windows 7 and I have 11 this last one update I got this error, and it is very strong because it literally breaks my computer and leaves it hanging for a few minutes :/

please check your hdmi or dp cable connected to Graphic Card or Motherboard.

Anyone reading this in the future, try to also enable/disable windows gpu hardware acceleration.
Settings -> System->Display->Defaultsettings->Hardwareacceleration GPU Yes/No
