Linux Ubuntu (22.04.3) LTS: Flickering Screen / Dual Monitor
DOTA2 is broken again in Linux.

When launching, the logo comes up and then I get "flickering" between my two monitors.

Unplugging the second monitor lets DOTA 2 run.

This was an issue at the end of August as well, and a patch was released that fixed the issue.
