I have below 10k behavior, sometimes i get to have postgame chat, sometimes not. Its bug i think

I think its AI and it knows when the chat is going to be toxic, so it's just eliminates the possibility of that happening.

That is probably true. They would AI to control chat but not detect the player that goes 26 0 10 in sub 1k on a blank average account. LOL

Definitely both. Valve has repeatedly proven they use Dota 2 as a social experiment. They have written several papers on this game.

We are literally feeding their AI algorithm to censor us better in the future. Same as 4chan /pol trollposters.
