i need HELP!!!

I CANNOT MAKE Dota2 Downloads it always stops at 15% I have space on the HD

Is it an update or are you downloading the entire game? If it's an update then verify the integrity of the game files by right clicking the game, then properties > installed files > verify integrity of game files option.

If you are downloading the entire game then try closing steam, go into the steam files and delete all the dota 2 game files, then restarting steam and download again.

I'm trying to install the game! I already formatted my PC to try but still when it reaches 15% it stops

I remember this happened to me when I built my current pc and was downloading games. I forget the exact fix but I think I cleared the steam cache files. Valve actually added this as a feature in the client. Click on Steam in the top left, settings > downloads > clear cache files option. That might help

I already did this but it didn't solve my problem either, it downloads the game to 15% and it won't anymore I changed the server and it still didn't work I downloaded another game and it worked but Dota 2 keeps stopping at 15%

Have you tried what I suggested earlier, going into the steam files and just deleting the dota 2 files/folder? It could simply be a corrupted file or something. What I have suggested is essentially the main fixes for download issues besides completely re-installing steam. If you look around on the internet you will find a couple of options i haven't mentioned but otherwise it may be best to contact steam support and trudge through the few copy paste replies they give at the start.

When it reaches 15% it stops, there is simply 0 disk usage

Yeah idk, best to keep in touch with steam support. Like I said there are definitely a few other 'fixes' I haven't mentioned that you can find online, the fixes I said resolved my issues so.. sorry I couldn't be more help.

FYI reinstalling steam doesn't erase the downloaded game files. It's a semi-nuclear option if you need it.

Just reinstalling steam can fix many issues.

Try to delete (appmanifest_570.acf) and then try to load dota again.

Same exact problem with me. Always stuck at 15% no matter what I do. I can install any other game without any issue so the problem is with dota 2.
