sometimes i just dislike cos i don't think they deserve to be burned on a cross.
for my understanding, in dota+ you remove that player from your queue forever, while this free option gives you possibility to avoid that player.
p.s.
Personally I think Valve still collects data for the most part and probably in the future it will affect good behavior increase rate? It would be interesting.
just a note that avoiding players via dota+ has a cap of 25 players max, and then after you avoid someone as 26th person, oldest avoided person by date gets unavoided. so its not forever, unless you rarely avoid and dont go over 25 player cap. the cap however, can be expanded by paying dota+ shards. every shard payment expands the cap by 1.
i hope im getting there, im sorry for you my powerful sun could burn you otherwise
e.g. i have noooo problem if they turn up on the enemy side.
also, in which way does this apply to a single player account, or more like "random intelligence recreation" so all players with statistics like x will be sorted out??
i think i want to make my own "preference profile" to search; every culture their own;
but even then: if you only battle friends, you get a big surprise once this is not the case.
so better give the surprise NOW unwarned, cause in real life that could blast you heart as you scare that this guy is in front of you suddenly isnt it?
