I cant somehow ping my teammates skills and items

I am guessing this is due to the fact I got flag for somehow being associated with a smurf with no crucial evidence to how and when and this flag cant even be lifted like its really irritating when you cant ping your teammates items or skills to remind them they have those skills active or in cool down if you think this is due to reports nope I never got any reports at all and this punishment is quite stupid

How about you play your own hero? So glad they implemented this change. It's a team game, but how a player contributes to their team is their own business.
Stop micromanaging others.

If your behaviour score is too low, you can't do this, since it's often used to flame or abuse team mates.

To many snowflakes in this game. It is not abusing but showing noobs that if they have active skills they suppose to use them in the team fight, not keep for Christmas next year.

New report system is just for bad players, protects them from learning from their own mistakes. They live now happy in a bubble that they play well :)

thats the thing I dont even spam it or use it for toxicity purpose its just a reminder on why they didnt they use there skill or item or remind them there skills is active or cooldown

you try to help, as this means a team, and somebody foreign infringe your team ahead of this game already so you cannot win...
