Occasional bug: Can't open in-game shop tab, requires client restart

Hi there, the problem is pretty self-descriptive. To be specific, the shop tab to buy items does not open right at the start of the game after picking, and the only way to fix the bug is to restart the client.

Has anyone else had this problem? and Is there any fix to this? I tried googling this problem but every thread that turns up relates to the Steam market or in-game cosmetic item shop. Just to be clear, the shop im having trouble with is the one with tangoes, iron branches, etc.

I isolated the problem and it's directly related to DotaTV, if I spectate a game or replay from DotaTV before playing matches my shop doesn't work at all. Atleast this is my case, so if I watch some TI5 games or replays what I do now is restarting the client before entering matchmaking

Have watched my first stream from DotA TV and started a amtch.
The shop button/hotkeys didn´t worked for me.

Latr that day I watched a replay of a TI tournament. After that I started a match and again no shop button/horkeys.

Easy reminder:

Before playing a game, restart client after a atch view

seems to be the culprit, need to report this to the dev forums if it hasn't been already.
