I only do it when the thread isn't dead and they post a new one. A week without comments is known as dead. If they necro a thread from the dead, that is bad. If they post a topic that is still alive with disscussions, that is bad. If they comment on a thread that is still alive, that is good. If they create athread topic after another one that is dead, that is good.
