I believe he is refering to a bug where using bloodstone during Brews ulti animation will create permanent splits and Brew will eventually respawn allowing you to create the 3 splits every time blood stone is off cd.

As the game goes on the other team can end up facing 5+ of each of the bears that Primal split creates.
