Dota 2 Pak01.vpk files is corrupted and game is freezed. LP Cycle.

Encounter a problem when i played rank match, popup the error message of vpk file is corrupted. This happened after the latest update of 7.33c. The update comes with bugs. After receiving the error message of vpk file is corrupt. Next the pc is freezing, what I can do is restart the game. Steam will start running the integrating which take about 3 minutes + to be completed and I failed to join back the game in time. Next i was punished with low priority games. Tried to complete the low priority games then come back to rank game. But ♥♥♥♥ happend again, the same error/bug is still happened, then i get punished into LP game again. Try to get assist from steam support team but they cant advise on the matter and the cycle of Error>Integrating>LP never stop. I'm tired with this all of ♥♥♥♥. I will temporary quit dota until the dev. solve the problem. Now I clearly know why the players are leaving the game and the numbers of players of Dota 2 dropped tremendously. GG!

You still having this problem? Or did you find a fix for it? I’ve been experiencing it since the update with the new map. Steam support can’t help anything. Everything is only temporary fixes too

HELLO, got the same problem and the solution i had was to rest my pc for like a day, it happened to me at night and used it again the next night, then i deleted the two files (pak01_000 and pak01_001). it downloaded something and validated the whole 47gb file and i had a quick verification of my file and then i got to play 5 games without it happening to me.

stupid dota. i just upgraded my pc. (cpu motherboard and memory)
and now dota generate errors - pack0.vpc, everytime checking 50gigabytes of files
and say that all is fine !!! But then spit the same error on my face.

Latest update 8/8/23:
For the past few weeks, I tried out several ways just to get rid of PAK01.vpk problem which putting me into LP. I did do some searching and reading of other website and articles.
i) I saw someone commented that deleting PAK01.vpk files and done with game integrity or reinstall the whole game will help. However, this method wont help, the problem will comes back again after few matches / few days later.
ii) I tried to lower down the in-game video setting/rendering. This is not helping to solve the problem as well.
iii) Someone said that it might due to our cpu hardware RAM/Memory. So i tried to unplug my 2x8Gb ram strips and plug it back to the slots. By the suddent, my pc cannot be on. Then i guess that something is wrong with my cpu ram strips. So i tried to plug only 1x8Gb ram into the slot, and switch on the pc. So the result is: 1 set of ram is working fine, another set of ram is malfunction GG. So i decided to use only 1x8Gb ram to run the pc (it is good enough as Dota 2 minimum requirement of ram is 4Gb ram only.)
It's already 4th days and so far so good. There is no error message pop out. So guys, u can try to check you cpu ram. GLHF.

This problem i guess about the Monkey King's weapon. When I am trying to open the weapon of monkey king it shows pak verify corrupt. I tried to delete the whole pak01 files on the folder then update the dota2 and it's working well.

I resolved this problem because of the RAM.

been weeks now that the error not pooping up i can freely browse my inventory now ,what i did is reinstall dota ,delete the DLC's which custom maps also the launch option an now its all GOOD!!
