Hit tab, there's a mute button for each team, you can also disable all voice chat and all text chat in DOTA2 settings.

1st way and my favorite - Go to options/social/allowed chat

Pick which incoming chat you want to be able to look at or disable all of it.

2nd option and my least favorite - hit the mute team button.
