Есть одна российская программа которая позволяет видеть информацию о союзниках и противниках, что банить и пикать на стадии драфта, она портит спортивную состовляющую, банально имея больше информацию о игроках за секунду. Да, вы скажете есть дотабафф в котором есть вся информация о игроках. У меня вопрос, а как вы успеете за стадию банов/пиков посмотреть как минимум 5 противников? Вы будете это делать каждый матч вручную? Конечно нет, это легальный чит который не порицается, в добавок поощряется про-игроками и бездействием Valve. Мало того что она портит игру обычным игрокам. Так она ворует хлеб у Valve. В ней присутствует то что в доте монетизируется. Арканы, арканы которые недоступны, имморталы, эмблемы, дота плюс, курьеры. Всё это сразу появляется в этой программе после добавления в dota, и всё это бесплатно.

Соль на рану может подлить то, что ею пользуются про-игроки, вы можете найти в интернете как торонтотокио бывший игрок team spirit ею пользовался прямо на стриме. Это очень серьёзная проблема которая должна как можно сильнее обсуждаться, чтобы привлечь внимание Valve. Это популяризируется многими стримерами на твиче в РФ сегменте по дота 2. А на днях они взломали сайт поставщика услуг МТС, они сами подтвердили это, я не могу кидать ссылки на все мои аргументы, так как это запрещено правилами Steam, но вы можете сами это найти.

What an idiotic post. There are tons of these programs around the internet. There is also a overwolf program called DotaPlus with the same mechanism. AdmiralBulldog uses it on stream for example.

It is kinda of an open debate wheither it is cheating or not. Tbh, the whole counterpicking problem is blown out of proporion, who cares what the other team picks. Player 1 counterpicks you, player 2 from your team counterpicks player 3 from the other team. There will be numerous problems during the game, so in the end it wouldn't even matter much. You just balance each other out and even with the data on your top heroes, enemy still has pretty much a huge chance of losing

its also about banning the right heros
and you froget they have acces to skins worth probably 10000$+ and unreleased skins also, while we are paying so the game doesnt die

You don't even have 100% chance to ban specific hero, but even if you ban them, there are like 100 other heroes or something, like even with my super limited pool of heroes, bans are pretty much irellevant

in the hindsight, they are still permitted by valve so they can still cultivate their programs up until valve can buy it and include it to dotaplus = $$$

yeah, skin hacking should be bannable

it still gives you an advantage. you can not only ban precise heros, you can "precounter pick" heros. it might be not very relvant on the low ratings, but its very helpfull on highranks.
the top 1000 players for example are all aware of it. the ones who dont use it, hate on that prog since it existed.
it also able to show a rosh timer if i remember right, aswell as of cooldowns of all ultimates.
i never used it myself so i cant tell you all the built in advantages, but its more then just "stats" for baning and picking

1. Give the opportunity to play without bans, one of the functions of this program will become useless, you just choose how to play with or without them.
2. Prohibit pro-players from mentioning such programs, and even more so from playing with them on the stream.
