Please stop rushing harpoon as a core

it is not designed to give dmg. it is designed for melee to close in and lock a hero down so they can deal dmg. most times, ranged units kite melee around. this item helps lockdown heroes. it is best used on heroes that dont have a natural blink.

On heroes like Monkey King or Chaos Knight that already use Echo Sabre, it's a great item. It's basically the melee equivalent of Hurricane Pike.
