I, like many players, have the right to choose. A lot of people play turbo. We like the pace of the turbo game. Why not give players a ranked turbo mode with a separate rating for it. After all, 99% of the players are not chasing professional places in this game. Remember, this is just a game for 99% of players.
If it's just a game and you're only playing for fun, why do you care about seeing what your MMR is?
You can look up your stats and filter by lobby (which I believe includes Turbo mode) on a website like DotAbuff, once you make your matchmaking data available.
And yes its been asked before many times in this forum and developer forum. The answer is “no” they don’t plan to develop rank on turbo mode or single draft mode or ability draft mode or captain mode.
I hope this information answer your thread.
