I understand what you said, but what you've said doesn't always strictly apply.
I've single-handedly won many games against 12k+ hours that one-trick a certain character in turbo and normals. But that's usually because they weren't trying because it's turbo and normals.

Clockwerk, Necrophos, Morphling, Mars, Huskar, Dark Willow, Meepo, disruptor, ... .

- Items :
Linken, Nullifier, Eul's Scepter, Rod of Atos, Crimson guard for team, Aeon Disk (if he kills u without having time to defend), Ghost scepter (if he have physical dmg build), ... .
This however, is useful :D
