After this patch, it will be interesting to see if DOTA falls out of the Top-20 games played next month. It will still generate a ton of $$$, which is all that matters, just not the same level.

It's been a good game, but there's new stuff on the horizon to mail it in and wait for those now.

Because it's not one change they did, they completely revamped the game, including this issue, frustrating the player base (clearly).

You have grossly misused the word revamp. All they did (aside from the usual move trees, change up heroes and items, ect) was add a bunch of new things outside the original play area. The game still plays and looks the same, there's just more s*** to mess around with.

I would hope streaks doesn't increase confidence. It should be less certain about your rank if you have extended streaks.
