Rank MMR distribution

I'm having problem with understanding the MMR score here. So when I'm domianted i get -40, but when the game is even, i get like +27? So no we will get -40 from all those smurf games and get more frustrated? For now it seems so. When i lost i always lose between 36-40 MMR, when i win it was 27-36 I guess. Now if your like W/L/W/L/W/L so 3/3 , you will get on - with your MMR. That's what I see so far and it suck. Also new Arc Warden SUUUCCKKS TOO OP.
