Iron Branch and universal hero type

for 200 gold abaddon can buy quelling blade and two iron branches for almost 12 damage

Ranged universal heroes can get two iron branches for 100 gold and get 3.6 damage with some other stats or quelling blade for 4 damage with no other stat effect (hp,as,mana)

yeah but those items aren't as good as a windlace and an orb of venom with a "first blood grendade" to start, those items will never be better than what i listed... of course you have to get curse of avernus with that not skill 1 or 2 but you get the point
