griefing punishment?

i reported a teammate today for griefing, now it says next to my behaviour score that actions have been taken against him...does somebody know what valve does to people that grief in game? im curious and honestly want to enjoy his misfortune.

i would be careful with the new system it's not very good and easy to abuse i feel. i've made so many grief reports mid game that i might have over 30 actions taken, and i almost feel bad because a lot of those games we won and i simply reported for a stupid mistake he made in the game. so now i don't really report people anymore.. i held off on a report i really wanted to do today on my carry and we came back and won after being down like 23-4 at 25 minutes. i simply say "we fight high ground and they will throw" and they did throw hard.. i would definitely wait late game to send your report but if its blatantly obvious hes continuing to act stupid just send that ♥♥♥♥.. i had a pudge go like 0-9 before 10 minutes and i just couldn't take it anymore. we won that game but i'm not letting ♥♥♥♥ like that slide.. a bloodseeker or primal beast going in 1v5 with no team around or buyback 40 minutes into the game- definitely a grief play but i let that slide and see what happens with the game.

well i played a round of turbo i have to say, but anyway i had a teammate in draft menu that selected safelane but no hero, after i choose safelane too i clicked drow but didnt confirm it(so that u can see her gray picture in the top team bar, because i let people decide if they want pos 1 or 5) after waiting 30 seconds for my mate to choose, nothing happened so i picked drow and instantly after that with only 5 secs left of drafting stage he wrote :"sup or solo",then choose mirana and joined offlane letting me solo against a pudge and sniper...and well after my first death and being alone safelane for like 10 min, i reported him for grief and went too jungle for the rest of the game

I don't think its working cuz it claims action taken for griefing and literally the next game I que with the said griefer as teammate its illusion of choice I'd guess it simply doesn't work in reality only in fake illusion personal account of yours
