Playing Turbo and like... nobody wants to talk or chat. Or sometimes you got the odd ones who go full "N" word and are toxic all game.

There is an option of mute button if you don't like a specific player talking about you

Someone said hello how you doing and I reported him only because I didn't liked his accent but still the system says that action has been taken against him with toxic voice xD

didnt happen on me even single once in my behavior,maybe my behavior score too high all dude was too nice over there.so yeah,low behavior gonna be low forever if they dont want change they mind and attitute.

Its because, and valve know this. Most behaviour score players are 6k and below. And its actually them who have caused this problem is a problematic match maker. Linear MMR matching and poor matching with new players matching against experienced have caused toxicity. Effectively they made dota 2 a jail and they did it successfully. But everyone being muted will hopefully increase everyone behaviour or at least give them a chance to get out of low shadow pool match making which also kills dota 2.
