Dear Valve!! What is your smurf problem ? Which type of mode, Ranked or Unranked ?

Dear Valve

Seem liked a lot of people did not agree with your banning and flagging as a smurf. Many people have their own many reasons to having multi-accounts (Not only for smurfing). Even you as staff of Valve, I do not believe that you will have only one account. So, not all of them are a smurf liked you think, such as people that play in Turbo mode (Unranked Mode), they do not care about MMR.

What is your smurf problem ? Which type of mode, Ranked or Unranked ?

Actually I play only Unranked in Turbo mode, so I am not know about smurf problem in Ranked mode. But I believe that for Ranked mode if Valve do the good MMR matching, the smurf problem will be gone. Because same MMR is same play skill level. It is no smurf!! But please add Turbo mode in Ranked mode too.

On the other hands in Unranked mode, I found that people have very different play skill and knowledge levels about DOTA 2. There are all kinds of people, newbie, noob and pro-player. So smurf problem can be occurred in here Unrank mode. Can you fix spec of people by DOTA levels or play hours. Many newbies do not play in New Player Mode, and come here to play in Unrank mode. They are newbie, noob and toxic throwing a match.
So, Can Valve add more Modes to separate newbie and old & high level players from each others, liked more than level 20 (normal player) and lower than level 20 (newbie player). So this maybe reduce the space of different play skill and knowledge levels of players. And smurf problem will be not occurred.

And please add or still remains the Unclassified Unranked mode. Because some newbie player maybe want to learn from Pro-player. Like me, I still be noob player but sometimes I want to learn from Pro-player. Thank you.

separate high level players? you mean like 40 minutes search for anyone with 2k hours?

So please stop banning or flagging the multi-accounts. And fix your player matching in DOTA2. You will not lost the tons of old players. And they will not apply new account that will be more smurf account.

I dont know about Ranked mode. I play only Turbo in Unranked mode, and Valve flags me liked a smurf. It might be because of multi-accounts.

You are arguing with someone that has 1 match of dota on their acc and obviously on a fake account. Of course they gonna have a bias against smurf bans XD

surprised you haven't ran into smurfs in turbo cos i run into them all the time.

the rank exists outside ranked, you know your overall skill.
its still calculated by the system even if you don't play ranked.

well, its easy. when my team has an average of 3-5k matches played and then theres 1 guy in enemy team with less than 1 week old account and hes mopping the floor with us...
