Reports alone will not get you banned. Reports + multiple accounts using the same PC in Dota will get you banned. You could likely be banned even if no one reported you for smurfing.

You just openly admitted to ban evasion. You should be grateful that you were allowed to even play until now.
But yes, you could completely shut down your Steam account, request or demand the deletion of all personal data (it's the law!) and then start from scratch as a new player.
