Which item gives the highest mana regen now?

I haven't played since a long time ago. back when bloodstone had charges that raised the mana regen it provided. Now after they changed it, which item has the highest mana regen in the game now?

You mean early game? Most heroes mana issue are solved simply by leveling up. I've always liked oblivion staff over others for cost and timing. Arcanes are best for team though

I will also shill for Oblivion Staff. I make it for Sven every game as it basically solves his mana issues and it probably does the same for variety of other characters. It can also be upgraded into some very nice items after the fact.

If we talk BEST MANA REGEN period - Scythe of Wise (hex) seems to be king with whopping +8 MPR.
2nd best is Octarine Core with +5 MPR.
