Persona cant Equip!

Hi i've purchased the pudge persona parts separately, but i cannot equip them in the hero gallery, however it says i have them equip in the items section, can someone help explain? :)

EDIT: thank you for help! problem was i didnt have the toy butcher pudge persona and i need that to be able to equip the other stuff :)

You don't get the persona if you buy unbundled parts, you need to open the bundle

Because you bought things for a personality, you can only put them on if you either had it before "plush Pudge" or from the case the set is already with a personality, so without it these things are useless

u can get persona only if u buy full bundle

The only way to get any of these personas is either unlocking the persona from TI or from Persona set bundles, You don't get the persona if you just buy independent items from the market. Those items can be bought and used by someone already having a persona. If you don't have the persona, you might just resell them at a loss, you can't use them. This is always been the case with personas.

I didn't know that, actually; thanks.

I've gotten all my personas directly, so it never came up. I do kinda wish there was a better way to put them in rotation with my regular sets, though.
