Neutral item hotkey double clicks

The hotkey that i binded to my neutral item slot automaticly double clicks when i try to use..
I tried many different hotkeys but same. It doesnt happen when i use it with mouse but with hotkey uses it twice. It doesnt happen with skills or other item hotkeys. There must be something wrong in my settings or what ? Any help please.

not sure but the only thing I can think of is a keyboard setting that is double clicking or continuous clicking instead of a single click. I would check all settings and not just Dota settings.

but if it was about keyboard settings other hotkeys could do that aswell or other keys that i binded to this slot couldnt. That happens only neutral item slot :(

they removed it, you must do it via console... i was lucky i had it before the patch, google u will find stuff
