why eul cannot dispell dust

this new update make eul cannot dispel dust anymore ... why ...its error or new ... coz it not say at pacth detail about this ... before this if ppl click dust and when u eul the dust effect will gone after u going down ... now its no more the effect still stack after u going down form eul .... dammmmmmm

dust stays in air to reapply, you'd have to get out of range before dispelling. Its a big glimmery ring
