The new chest

Just wondering what the chance to get a tier 2 and 3 item is for the new chest. So far I've opened 17 chests and only got tier 1 items. And also, why is this hidden this time? For every other chest, the chance to recieve a rare item increases the more chests you open and you can actively follow how big of a chance you have every time you open a new chest.

Finally, also want to point out that I think Valve kinda failed with the mechanics of this event. They should definietly have made it so that you have to win the game in order to get the flowers, or at least that the winner gets an extra bonus or something so that there is some kind of incentive to try to win. As it is, unranked is pretty much unplayable if you wanna just play a normal match. People are throwing left and right because they dont care if they win or lose as long as they win the versus battle.

traded up 25 tier ones to get the altar ball. Saw 0 tier 2. Drop rate must be pretty low
