Ranked mode
Can someone help me? I can't play at ranked mode even the 100hours has passed and i am adding my phone number but it still not work. Any tips for me?

I understand the desire to want to know how you compare to other players, when ranked-mode was first released I felt the same way. However I've since come to realize that playing DotA only to see your NUMBER go up means DotA is basically a job. You should play DotA for fun, not because you want to have the highest NUMBER. And DotA has a steep, and long learning curve. At 100 hours you are just barely beginning to crack the start of that curve. If you go ranked now, you will get trounced and flamed and you will come to hate DotA. Learn to play Dota for entertainment and for fun, and not for the NUMBERS.

Ranked at 100 hours just means you'll get assigned a low MMR and come to hate DotA while struggling to rank up. Play unranked for fun until you're at least 500 hours.
