The turbo adjustments are useless

The problem is heroes like Phantom Assassin, Ursa, Nature's Prophet, etc. and high cooldown heroes like Enigma. These need to be separately balanced from the main mode if you want turbo to be truly good and be ranked.

Yeah Turbo ISN'T balanced, at least not to the same degree that regular DotA is. That's why it's extremely unlikely that Valve will EVER make a ranked version of it. It's supposed to be the casual-for-fun more that you just jump into without being to concerned or worrying overly much.

It is literally the polar-opposite of ranked, which is the most SERIOUS BUSINESS version of DotA.

They don't want turbo to be ranked. That is what ranked mode is for. Most people don't have issues with those 3 heroes anyway. NP in particular is a joke. He was good in turbo at one time almost exclusively due to his ability to backdoor... nothing else, and even that has been nerfed.

So stop picking heroes that are weak and pick heroes that are strong. Change your playstyle to account for the different rules.

Yes but just because people want it doesn't mean that Valve is going to give it to them.

There was a very popular thread asking Valve to roll back patch 7.3 and you can see how successful that has been so far.

Therein lies the issue, the viable hero pool is halved. It gets boring a lot faster this way. Maybe I'm in the minority if don't want to play turbo games just to win or not have painful games using the same 5 heroes

I don't think Turbo was ever meant to be a full-time replacement for dedicated DotA players- as I said it's supposed to be an occasional, casual, just-for-fun mode. But people have started spamming it full-time, which means they (like you) play a lot more of it, and also start taking it more seriously and picking heroes for the meta rather than just for fun (though winning is also fun to many people).

If you're seeing the same stuff over and over and over again in Turbo mode and it's getting boring, maybe try coming back to regular DotA for a bit. [Though even in regular DotA it's a bit spammy right now because the current meta very much favors greedy heroes.]

The reason I play turbo more is because the matches are shorter, as I find the matchmaking to be poor in all modes.

You're free to do whatever you want, but if the matchmaking is equally bad everywhere what's the point? Maybe you're thinking that you'll get stuck in a bad match for less time, but it also means you get to experience GOOD matches for less time.
And the MMR is going to be worse, IMO, in Turbo because as I've said, it's less balanced and more casual.
