"A NEW PLAYER TO DOTA2" Selling on the market

Just got the game a few days ago came across the store and saw that you can sell on the market the skins
but they say it's not tradeable and not marketable something like that
i saw that i have to wait a week but can i still sell it on the market when that cool down is finish even tho it say not trade and marketable

help Plz a new player

you cant make money from anything you get for free in the game. When you bought something for real money you can sell it on the market.

i bought items in the store with shard that i grinded for so you saying i have to spend real money to sell on the market place

basically i am saying i bought bundles with shards in the store and you saying i cant sell it?

if you're using new steam account, then you need to remove market restriction with buying some product at least 5 dollar on the steam store. After market restirction succesfully removed, then you can sell some marketable item on the dota steam market ( community market)

I have been on steam for now 3 yrs i think i know how the market works but my question is

i bought like the bundles in dota2 with shards right
I saw that most of the bundles you can sell on the market
I have it my invertory its has a cooldown till nxt week monday side
but now is the question can i sell it on the market when the cooldown is finish
that is my whole question in a nutshell

items that obtain through:
- item drop after playing a match
- new player quest
- purchase through shards
are counted as free and they are not tradeable or marketable

only the one:
- free chest from drops
- anything that uses credit card real money on the store
- battle pass chest
- items inside the chest
are traded and marketable
