Probably not happening to you. In the end, the matchmaker decides games.
I understand getting insanely griefing teammates can be really frustrating, it happens to all brackets (even immo!) but be honest to yourself, is it REALLY every game? and is it REALLY 0-15+?
When I look at my own replays and play games, I always naturally want to blame my own teammates. "Oh, why didn't my support do X" or "Why is my carry always out of position". But when I take a look at my own replays, I start to see as well so many mistakes I'm doing, even in now in immortal.
When you really take accountability and blame yourself on why the games lost, that's when you're able to improve greatly. I can help you out with that if you're interested.

1) Coaching is available in private lobbies, casual matchmaking, and Co-op bot matchmaking, but not Ranked matchmaking, Team matchmaking, or Tournament lobbies.
Ah sorry about that, Ok no live coaching guys. I'll only do replay analysis
