Party ranked mmr difference question.

With the new patch there seems to be a change in the limitations to play party ranked. Me and my friend can't queue together (divine 3 with legend 1 - less than 2k mmr difference), which before was not a problem, since up to 2,8k was allowed.
So does anyone know that the new rules are?

They keep that a bit under wraps because they don't want to get called out if they have to deviate from it for acceptable queue times e.g. because of low player count.
