Its just not right to hand out the personas with the new sets - but we can of course all see why they do it. Theres only a small slice of the player population that actually own these personas/arcanas. So making the sets only as rare rewards will not bring the revenue they would like to have on these treasures. Thats the only reason why the pack in the persona on top of the set, so they can get more people to buy it / gamble for it.
Is that a costumer friendly thing to do - hell no.
If they just state that personas are available after the corresponding battle pass during that battle pass - it would be fine. This way around - it certainly is not.
Just another slap in the face for all those people who buy levels to reach certain rewards during a battle pass.
As opposed to lets say regular Immortal items which clearly state that you will be able to get them a year down the road when the market ban is lifted.
This treasure box is like gacha. Its not 100 percent guaranteed.
Unlike in BP it’s definite you can have it at certain level.
