They aren't supporting Vulkan fully any more. Did you add the command line like it asked? Even then, they said it would stop being supported more than a year ago

i tried all but still not working

same problem yesterday. i uses -vulkan usually until yesterday dead reckoning update. game won't stay on without crashing in-game. so i removed -vulkan and switched to -dx11 and the crashes stop. guess they are dropping vulkan support?
