i just can not Play any Games (by Clicking PLAY DOTA)

Disabled the ability to join matchmaking when the -dev flag is enabled. This allowed third party tools to modify elements of the UI in abusable ways.

You don't need to type this, in fact you want to remove this from your launch parameters cause this makes your dota unplayable.

Right click dota > Properties > General > remove -dev from advance users box
