So is there any plans on doing anything about the tinker situation? I mean we've been dealing with this for years it seems. It also seems that russian kids are outplaying dota programmers in brain capacity and programing skills since they manage to make these cheats last so long.

The dota programmers seem to have no intention to deal with this, either nerfing the ♥♥♥♥ hero or patching off the cheats. Is this intentional or are we going to have to deal with this forever?
