Report a translation problem
I've run the image in the article through a translation service and it doesn't seem to mention Overwolf or Overwolf apps by name, just "Third party programs" which can be many things and the article itself doesn't show any sources that say that Overwolf or any Overwolf app is the cause.
We haven't received any communication from Valve regarding changes to their third party policy and in their article they mention "If you are running any application that reads data from the Dota client as you're playing games, your account can be permanently banned from playing Dota."
Overwolf doesn't work by reading data from Dota so it does not go against their policies 🙂
We always work with the game devs to make sure that any app published on Overwolf is safe to use, and if there are any changes made to 3rd party policies we change the apps as needed 🙂 So you should be safe with any app downloaded from the Overwolf app store.
Они с валв работают? А что тогда не интегрированы в игру официально в доту плюс можно узнать?
За скинчендж тоже не банят кста (ссылку потом обновлю тут)
