Some of my items have disappeared.

I don't know if this is a bug or not but all the items I bought in Dota 2, half or a quarter of them have gone missing. I don't know where all the items go. As soon I click play Dota 2 and got into the game menu I received some items. But some of them are duplicated, I got 3 of the same loading screens on death prophet, 3 shurikens on bounty hunter, 4 the same wings on outworld devourer, and another 2 with the same loading screen on bounty hunter. I lost some immortal items such as from Huskar, Anti Mage, Chaos Knight, Timbersaw, Nightstalker, Lifestealer, and some other heroes that I haven't checked but I'm pretty sure I lost some of them. What the hell is happening? Where are all the items that I bought? They're all gone! What is this valve? Fix this!

Remember that nobody can't take them away, unless you shared your account with friends or joined some third sites..

I checked my market history already, none were traded or selled or gifted. It feels like the 47 items that I have turned into a random items.

you sure you weren't high and all that was just a dream? (happened to me before)

also did you charge back or did your bank charge back? thats the only reason i could think of why valve would remove items.

I wasn't high nor I didn't charge back or my bank charge back. Look, I bought some times last October 11, 2022, that was my last time buying items on heroes. I stopped playing dota 2 on December, I came back playing Dota 2 on January 25, 2023 then I stop playing Dota 2 again in January 25 to 27, I played heroes with Immortal Sets on them, that hero was Huskar then I quit Dota 2 because I got bored then I came back to play Dota 2 on today's January 28, 2023 and I notice you received an item 42 out of 42 (Was 42 not 47) so I accept all, what I didn't know is that I felt something suspicious. Why did I get these items for no reason, I check the hero that I played which is Huskar and I lost his immortal set which is the Mask and the Cape, then I started looking again to my other heroes which has immortal set. They were gone! Poof! All gone! All the immortal sets that I bought are gone and some other items too but the immortal sets that I have turned into random items (I think that's my theory) while the other items that are gone didn't turn into anything instead it was just really gone, nothing was left but some items didn't disappear, they managed to stay. So I don't really know what really happened to my items. All the 42 out of 42 items I accept all were bought at the same time in January 28, 2023.

no problem. mods get really antsy when people start ''brigading'' on other users for whatever reason. they don't want any fighting or bullying.

my guess is that because your somewhat long absence from steam might of caused steam guard (2FA) to go offline which makes it quite easy for these thieves to get in.

not trying to be an a-hole but just saying you shouldn't let your account unsupervised for long periods of time. it is what it is if you can't attend to it.
