I know, but the thing is that the game runs pretty well on it, but I dont want to destroy my Mac only for dota, thats why

what do you mean by destroying every computer has protection in form of automatically shutting down if it's overheating. cpus are engineered to work in high temp, so you cant really destroy it by playing a game, and even if you overheat it constantly it wont decrease life span significaly. you can monitor temps on sofware like hwmonitor and see if it's peak

yes you can. but do not play straight 5 hours make it rest for 1 hr then play again

Do not do it. I had the same one and it the cpu overheated. It only lasted for 3 months T_T
