You can go Ursa, that can man-fight him, LC is also pretty good, WR, Troll... even PA that isn't very good in this patch is a pretty good pick against him. Heroes that reduce his armor even further are also nice like Dazzle, TA, Slardar, Weaver...
Lifestealer also can't deal with too many things at once, so heroes with a lot of summons or illusions might be nice too. Naga can trap him even when he uses rage and has her illusions, AM usually buys manta and bash, that are pretty good against him, Brood, if you don't see any counters, is very nice too.
Most of the heroes that I mentioned are usually carries. Dazzle isn't, of course, and you can play Naga as a support too. For some supports you can go Omni, that can repel someone that he uses "Open Wounds", I think Abbadon can dispel this with his Shield as well, Shadow Shaman and Lion can disable him for a long time, giving your team space to fight back...
If you are having trouble with him infesting ancients, any hero that kill ancients easily are nice. TA, AM... Slardar can also cast his ult on ancient units too, I guess.
For the last one that I can think here is Tide. Tide can deal with the ancient units without any trouble because of his Anchor Smash (reduces the damage of the creep) and can dispel Open Wounds with his passive if attacked.
That's all I can think of from the top of head. Quite easy hero to counter if you ask me.
Or, kite his ass, like you would during a normal BKB as a caster-- run away, use your glimmer cape, force staff, euls yourself, ghost scepter, in the words of BigDaddy, "Anything can work"
With Agh and Aether Lens (gives you enough range to stay out of trouble) his ult lasts longer than LS's Rage so when he use it just ult on him. Once you're done, your teammates can use their spells on him while his ability is on cooldown.
It's the same trick you do vs Ursa. Once he ults and sometimes use BKB at the same time to jump in, just ult and you'll make him waste both.
In both case you won't do any damages if they're immune to spells but the disable goes through it so don't worry. It's a 7 secs (with agh) disable and if some of their friends try to hit you they get Nightmare-d.
After that you can always Enfeeble then hope your carries can do their job.
