Wraith King Scepter

What about giving Wraith King a secondary skill with scepter: He is now able to apply a buff to one of his Allies under the Wraith Form (when dead near Scpter aoe), making that ally able to ressurrect with 25% of his mana and health after the wraith form expires (kind of a secondary ressurect only for allies).

Also, what about making Wraith King able to enter Wraith Form before activating his ult.

P.S.: The idea came while I was testing him again and noticing how much useless he is compared to other heros, personal opinion of course. A vlad could easily replace him, if not for his ultimate scepter upgrade lattelly.

Without any buff, I think he is fairly good carry. Easy to play, hard to die. And very good Ulti, slow 60% AOE so annoying :D

I would make the aghs allow you to gift the buff to someone for 5 seconds with a 15 sec CD but if it's used the whole ulti goes on CD for the normal time. During the 15 sec CD phase WK can die normally.
