Steam goes offline randomly even when im in game

before, around 3 weeks ago, i can play dota smoothly. steam works fine.

steam going offline mode while im in game. downloading updates takes forever to finish even it is just <100MB. and the last one is . my cousin and i queue for a game. when we accept the match, i cant connect and has error message of "unable to download the network configuration from CDN". i also cant find match myself for the ping is calculating in all region.

already uninstalled steam and installed from newly downloaded installer from steam webiste.

additional: i also temporary disabled the firewall on ESET Internet Security.

pls halp. already having headaches coz i cant play dotes.

edit:
when i open dota, it will always say "searching for dota 2 coordinator" and it takes a while to connect/restore. its always been like that.

can't connect at the exact same moment 10/10 players ready? before? after?
can you try another valve games?
steam's download region? (/steam/settings/downloads). when you check you can as well clear the cache, maybe i'd change something.

win7 x64
i accept the game. when we are 10/10, loading to ban/picking takes time and i dc.
i already uninstalled cs:go last year so no other steam game.
i chose singapore even if i am from ph.
before i do that clear download cache thing. nothing's change.

just a while ago, the updating takes time like 15mins to start. and when i launch the game, it starts with searching for dota 2 coordinator then to offline.

i think there's no difference between Singapore and Philippines. Im using SIngapore before.

Try to change your region it used to do that to me before . Like when i did LOS ANGELES I CHANGED IT TO OTHER STATES OR OTHER COUNTRY .

steam is barely compatable with windows 10 1809 and upwards.the more microsoft patch expliots the more steam begins to fail.its always hanging on my pc and dota always erases from my library.128.<<<kill switch for steam and dota.

won't help you, try any VPN. To check if it works you may try to spectate any game, isn't necessary to search for a game.
upd: if vpn won't work you can keep waiting here for answers/google/ticket support (bc obv it's steam's fault, shouldn't be a problem). I'm not quite into it and i'm a little busy at the moment to help you with that.

Perhaps this is true. I will one day observe how dota 2 is with Red hat and let you know :) Vulkan is my love. Windows 10 loves her at least :P in borderless mode;
