IMO Heart needs somthing more then row HP regen either give it less hp regen but permanent (still posible to break it with AA) , give it somthing i sugest it or remove the recepie prise and make it cheaper
That was Heart in 6.58
1% of max HP per second that doesn't get disabled by combat.
And it was incredibly broken.
Why not take into consideration the strength stat gain on hero death with just a smidge 0.20 or 0.50 for each charge. Dont even have to do the shield, it would be the strong man's bloodstone and a excellent close quarter carry item (if the charge collection range was small)
My idea would to make heart instantly regenerate 20-30ish % of the damage taken in last 4 seconds , somewhat like a healing maledict
Hopefully we will get hat of tarasque which implements one the ideas here
However, Heart is great if you (or your team) can attack in multiple "waves". For example, a hero with heart can take a T3 tower in 30s in 3 waves. Heart makes that hero immune to tower damage and whenever he takes too much damage from enemy heroes, he retreats, waits 5-10s and attacks again.
An example of a team that benefits from heart is something like Oracle / Bara / +Carry. Whenever the carry is about to die, Bara charges as a distraction or Oracle uses False Promise. All the carry needs is his allies to buy him 5s of time so his heart (and possibly blink dagger) can recharge. Then he can counterattack.
