Heart of Tarrasque
I was thinking about the iteam Heart of Tarrasque.
Somehow i fealt its missing somthing. somthing what makes it more worth to buy it, since it only gives mainly hp and life reagen when you are not getting atacked.

So after some games i had the idea
What is when Heart of Tarrasque gives for evry kill 25 extra hp?? i was thinking: hmm its maybe to OP, since you can when you first pick it get to much hp. then i thinked about the Bloodstone

and here came my idea how the item can be realy good


Heart of Tarrasque gives for evry kill 25 HP when you die you lose a 1/4 of the charges (one charge 25 hp)

if aktivated its regan 100% of your HP but you lose 3/4 and it has a CD of 400s

my english is not the best my grammer aswell but wohooo ♥♥♥♥ it and tell me what you think

Not really, the trick of the blademail is to tank as much damage coming your way as possible with big stats to non-fatal ranges with damage blocking and stat overcompensation. The HoT regen (a big factor to tankyness in being able to recover lost health like it never happened) fizzing out doesn't add anything other than raw stats that you can make up with the two ultimate orbs (for a skadi or alternate items) or buying a senseless reaver for no real constructive reason.

Purely by the regen not working when you need it for blademail health (look at guardian greaves that boosts regen in keeping people alive) kinda makes it pointless to ever bring it to a central fight. Like DL pyrithic and myself earlier (on a example of escape heroes) its honestly better on ranged heroes and heroes who don't get invovled. Zeus/enchantress with HoT are virtually unstoppable health wise because they can strike you down and just juke you with greater ease, a centaur has got to run at you (assuming you beat each other up reasonably) but then retreat and wait 5 seconds to reboot.

Axe, centaur, clock and co. all have to get within spitting distance to do anything. One little hit and the trump card you've built, tranquil boots extra extra large with a reaver attached to it and not even any armour when active goes poof, gone. about 2000 extra gold investment on top of the 3000 reaver gone since all you have left in a fight is the reaver and some broken non active effect giving item.

IMO Heart needs somthing more then row HP regen either give it less hp regen but permanent (still posible to break it with AA) , give it somthing i sugest it or remove the recepie prise and make it cheaper

That was Heart in 6.58

1% of max HP per second that doesn't get disabled by combat.

And it was incredibly broken.

Why not take into consideration the strength stat gain on hero death with just a smidge 0.20 or 0.50 for each charge. Dont even have to do the shield, it would be the strong man's bloodstone and a excellent close quarter carry item (if the charge collection range was small)

why don't we just add something like 20-40% of the total str

My idea would to make heart instantly regenerate 20-30ish % of the damage taken in last 4 seconds , somewhat like a healing maledict

I started playing like a week before the sniper meta came out , I have never seen an item rework ever since . I don't think osfrog is going to do an item rework .

Hopefully we will get hat of tarasque which implements one the ideas here

Many of you seem insistent on trying to win a teamfight in one "wave". Heart is admittedly not very good at this.

However, Heart is great if you (or your team) can attack in multiple "waves". For example, a hero with heart can take a T3 tower in 30s in 3 waves. Heart makes that hero immune to tower damage and whenever he takes too much damage from enemy heroes, he retreats, waits 5-10s and attacks again.

An example of a team that benefits from heart is something like Oracle / Bara / +Carry. Whenever the carry is about to die, Bara charges as a distraction or Oracle uses False Promise. All the carry needs is his allies to buy him 5s of time so his heart (and possibly blink dagger) can recharge. Then he can counterattack.
