Report a translation problem
Well, if you read Dota 2 Update - July 7th, 2016, it say that :
- DirectX 11 is now the default on 64-bit Windows systems.
- Fixed a visual bug with Earth Spirit's Stone Remnants failing to move during Boulder Smash.
By using -dx11, watch replay/normal game won't start at all.
Im using sweetfx on Dota 2, so it will show Rendering using D3D11 on top left corner whenever i run Dota 2 with -dx11 enabled.
When i remove -dx11, sweetfx says that Rendering using D3D9, which is DirectX 9,
So basically, July 7th updated ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up DirectX 11, not make it default for Windows 64-bit. So just play without -dx11 for now until Volvo fixed this.

the only way is to play is without -dx11 for now until valve fixed this. and the graphic is too ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up now without -dx11 damn it
