I got error message when I claim 2016 battle pass

Hello guys,plz help me I purchase 2016 battle pass,but when I want to claim it's shows error message and not receive any item,its still show error message ,any idea what to do? Plz help me guys and steam valve

Hi i bought and I activated my battle pass but it's not activated on my account and not in my inventory its still on preview mode and I didn't get the rewards and the I cant do any of the quests and when I click on the claim rewards it says failed to claim a reward at this level this is likely due to loss of connection to game cordinator try again later error code 3

try uninstalling dota then reinstall it, if that doesnt work you may need steam support

I have this exact same issue, i also tried repurchasing it says the compendium is already active and it just levels it up. Still have the same issue

right i resolved my problem without steam support, enable the console for dota2.
Go to library, right click dota2, properties, launch options and type -console -dev.
Now when you start dota 2 open console by pressing \
Copy and paste the following and press enter
dota_update_connected_players_check_time
this resolved it for me, good luck
